The amazing work of our Nepalese chef on fusing the spice of the subcontinent with the British ingredients on our menu including classics such as tikka masala and balti, Indo-Chinese cuisine options like Chilli Chicken, and Chef’s specials such as our most popular dishes, the claypot including the Momo’s from the himalayas of Nepal that remain classic and timeless.
The Story Behind The Fox Tavern
Our chefs have experience of cooking Nepalese & Indian Dishes for more than 20 years with their journey starting from Nepal, Delhi, India to Dubai UAE and Different cities/town such as London, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Solihull and now at Rowley Regis within the United Kingdom.
